Darren Rose (IT Service Director) will explain how using one system for work is delivering value and improving the perception of IT across the organisation.
This will be followed by beginner and intermediate sessions, led by Hornbill, which will allow you to bring these insights and value back to your organisation.

Our Hornbill STARS IT Service Desk Winner, Kent & Essex Police’s panel: Steph Gill (IT Service Delivery Manager), Mike Hibbitt (IT Service Desk Manager) and John Delamare-Timms (Business Services Business Partner) will explain how collaboration has brought their IT teams together and has played an instrumental role in the adoption of Enterprise Service Management, not only throughout their organisation, but also across five police forces within the region.
